Have you entered into an agreement of sale? If so, contact the advocate with all the relevant documents and discuss the issue threadbare, before initiating any legal action. The builders would have taken necessary precaution and  included all the necessary clauses even before accepting the advance. Examine. Take Care.

I have decided to reveal the builders name. Its is “ARTAKKULAM DEVELOPERS”.
These fellows “ARTAKKULAM DEVELOPERS” have a lot of projects near begur main road lke “lake point” etc. Folks avois these builders. They are bunch of criminals.
1) They would show nice site and floor plan and entice you to book paying 100K rupees
2) There would be no progress for 1 year
3) Then one fine day change the site and floor plan. Your booking would also be cancelled
4) Then ask you to rebook some useless apartment. In the new plan would tell you all the good apartments are already taken.

The plan basically is to first earn interest from your booking amount. Once the real estate rate of the area increases, come up with a new plan and cancel your booking. Thus force you to cancel your booking. Now they can sell the aprtments at a higher rate.

Their point of contact is one MR Rejoy.
Thsese gyys deserve to be in jail. Bunch of crooks.

 I wish share how a reputed builder in bangalore has cheated me. Last november I booked 1410 sqfeet apartment in begur main road for 2450 per/sqfeet. It was in launch phase.
